Fluffy is sad when she sees all of the other dogs going home and her parents are not there to pick her up! Please pick up your dog no later than 5:30 p.m.
***We charge a $1.00 per minute fee after closing unless you have let us know ahead of time you will need the late pick up.
We accept healthy dogs of all ages – even Puppies as young as 10weeks! We just ask that they have their first series of shots and their bordatella vaccination.
Your dog must remain current on and provide documentation for Distemper, Bordetella and Rabies vaccinations. We also require proof of a negative fecal sample (or worming) from within the last 3 weeks (21 days) days prior to starting daycare, and a clear fecal report every 6 months on all dogs continuing to attend Daycare.
FLEA & TICK PREVENTION REQUIREMENTS: Your dog must be on a flea preventative program (preferably one that also kills worms and internal parasites), and your dog must be free of all parasites internal and external in order to attend Daycare.
NEUTER / FEMALES IN HEAT POLICY: Male dogs over the age of 6 months MUST be neutered to attend Daycare. Female dogs in heat will not be allowed in daycare until their heat cycle passes.
If you know or suspect that your dog seems ill please do not bring him/her to daycare. If another dog in your household is ill, please check with your veterinarian before bringing the seemingly healthy dog to daycare (he/she might be carrying an illness even if he/she doesn’t seem ill themselves).
There are three required forms: Pet Profile, Client Agreement, and Rules & Regulations included in the Enrollment Packet. Please click the link below to download. We will need these forms prior to your first visit along with your vaccination records and a $25 application fee.
EVALUATION REQUIREMENTS: Your dog must be evaluated by our staff prior to admittance into daycare at no charge.
The evaluation appointment takes approximately 30-45 minutes.
We want to make sure daycare is the right environment for your dog.
We continue to closely monitor and evaluate new dogs the first few days they come to daycare to be sure they are adjusting well and fitting in.
Please call to set up an appointment for the evaluation.
We welcome dogs with special needs, i.e. diabetes, medication, vision or hearing impaired. We will do everything possible to ensure that your companion is comfortable and happy.
We require at least a one-day-per-week commitment to keep your dog’s social skills fine tuned and so he can visit his doggie friends on a regular basis! Dogs do best at daycare when they come on regular days during the week. Just like children they make friends at daycare, and when they hang out with their regular group of friends each week (ex: Monday, Wednesday, Friday) they are more relaxed, know the routine well and have their own little “clicks”. We have a lot of “best friends” at daycare – Some dogs play with the same few dogs for the entire day and are happy to see them on a regular basis because they all come on the same days each week!
